Essential Functions
- Verify vendor cost and terms with contract agreements and schedule payments.
- Work with the appropriate internal departments and external vendors to ensure proper. documentation is provided for vendor bills.
- Generate invoices and research/accept names for payment.
- Maintain accurate records and filing system.
- Issue and distribute checks for vendor expenses.
- Monitor foreign currency rates, process foreign wires and maintain accurate account information.
- Generate, maintain and distribute Accounts Payable reports pertaining to assigned responsibilities.
- Provide cross functional accounting support to departments as assigned.
- Assist with assigned duties related to accounting for the financial reporting and close process.
- Assist with assigned duties related to financial forecast.
- Comply with all corporate and departmental policies/procedures and applicable governmental regulations.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned, which may include cross-utilization within the department, across other departments or with parent company.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and 10-key skills required.
- Must have the ability to work independently and possess strong communication, problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills.
Other Duties
- Attend and participate in meetings that pertain to assigned responsibilities.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

What You Need To Succeed (minimum Qualifications)
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- One year certificate from a college or technical school; or equivalent work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One year of accounts payable experience preferred. One year of travel industry experience preferred. Knowledge of DLV Inc.’s programs, policies, procedures and reservations systems preferred.
- Knowledge of the PC including MS Word and Excel preferred.
- 10-key skills required.
- Knowledge of foreign currency desired.
- Where permitted by applicable law, must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based job, if not currently employed by Delta Air Lines, Inc.
