About The Role
As Talent Management Analyst you will be responsible for helping us achieve this ambition:
- Conducting talent analytics and metrics to provide organisational insights
- Coordinates the implementation of MATAR’s talent management initiatives by providing analytical expertise and solutions to business and HR.
- Collects and coordinates aggregate data for the talent pipeline and translates the data into insights through data analysis that drives deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels.
- Performs data profiling with complex data analysis
- Develops operational reporting for distribution to internal management and internal customers
- Leverages knowledge of Analytics and utilizes a variety of tools to frame complex problems in creative ways
- Identifies opportunities for enhancement, improvement, automation, and synergies to existing reporting tools and capabilities
- Participates in projects to select, design, develop, test, train, and implement talent related technology as needed
- Promotes opportunities to use talent matrices to generate deeper insights and drive action in critical areas.
- Communicates analysis in both written and oral formats to a wide range of audiences
Qualifications
About you:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years work-related experience in HR Analytics
- Experience working with talent management, performance management processes and systems.
- Experience in human capital reporting and analysis, trends in talent management, retention, mobility, and career progression
- Proficiency in descriptive statistical analysis
- Advanced technical skills in a range of database and analytics tools and software
- Great attention to detail, thinking through downstream effects of data architecture on BI and analysis, pre-emptively diagnosing potential pain points for stakeholders
- Ability to take initiative and/or independently respond to situations appropriately and professionally
- Communication, collaboration, and networking with all levels of employees and management, and ensuring the integrity and quality of all information produced
- Certification in HR Analytics is an advantage
