Role Introduction
- To perform people functions with a special focus on Compensation and Benefits for the region to ensure the smooth and efficient Human Resource operations.
Key Responsibilities
General Responsibilities And Tasks
- Ensure 100% accuracy of monthly payroll and on time delivery.
- Ensure fully compliance during HR daily operations. Provide guidance to employee in terms of HR policies and procedures.
- Drive C&B operations excellence, including monthly payroll process, employment contract renewal process, HR systems maintenance, employee database and personnel file management etc. ensure all data and file are well kept.
- Closely monitor HR vendors’ service level, make sure vendor’s service meet with company’s requirement and fully compliant. Actively find ways to improve vendor service quality.
- Ensure a smooth and effective day-to-day communication with each port, maintain a healthy relationship with each business unit.
- Responsible for Special Working Hour System application for each applicable port.
- Liaise with local HR vendors on annual adjustment of social insurance and housing fund, ensure the data is submitted accurately and in time.
- Follow up on work injury process.
- Prepare HR reports timely and ensure the accuracy.
- Ensure the service delivery associated with various employee benefits programmes for example medical, insurance, housing, retirement, employee travel etc.
- Provide support with employee transfers, secondments, visa applications and other administrative processes as required.
- Participate in all C&B related projects.
- Manage the regular employment contract renewal process in a timely and accurate manner.
Compliance
- Closely monitor and study on government regulation changes/updates or newly release which will affect company policy or employee compensation and benefits, to support the management identifying and recommending necessary changes.
- Ensure all HR documentation and filing is conducted in a compliant and efficient manner.
E&A
- Emergency & Accident and Crisis Response responsibilities as required.
Requirements
Academic qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource management or relevant discipline.
Knowledge, skills and experiences:
- At least 3 years experiences in C&B or similar role.
- Practical knowledge and experience in a Human Resource environment particularly in payroll, insurance, work health and safety, is a distinct advantage.
- Experience in working with a global matrix organization.
- Experience working with core Human Resource Information System platform including data extraction and reporting.
- Effective in managing day to day processes and competing priorities.
- Collaborative and energetic.
- String internal customer service mind set.
- Good team working and relationship management skills.
- Strong excel skills and experience using statistical modelling software is advantageous.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in both English and Mandarin.
