Lockheed Martin is searching for an experienced SAFe Agile professional looking to join our Hardware and Software Sustainment team on the COOLR (Combined Orbital Operations Logistics and Resilience) contract in Colorado Springs, CO. The team maintains and upgrades all COOLR equipment and develops mission software releases for delivery to our critical operational users. The individual selected for this position will need to be comfortable working in a dynamic and flexible environment. This is a hybrid onsite and telework position.
In this role, you will:
ā¢ Support the intake of work into the release train by gaining alignment on tools and process
ā¢ Keep stakeholders informed of the release trainās progress toward release commitments
ā¢ Help the release train establish realistic commitments using historical capacity and performance data where applicable
ā¢ Help the Agile Release Train (ART) escalate and remove impediments
ā¢ Work with the teams and ART to inspect and adapt delivery practices to further optimize the flow of value
ā¢ Lead the preparation leading up to release planning and facilitate release planning events
ā¢ Communicate release planning objectives after release planning week (for the teams and the train)
ā¢ Facilitate the Scrum of Scrums, PO Syncs and System Demos, and the Inspect and Adapt Workshops for the ART
ā¢ Work with the Product Manager to ensure a high quality of features in the backlog
ā¢ Provide coaching on the train to help resolve process issues across the release train
This position requires a Final DOD Secret clearance to start.

ā¢ Additional Agile certifications are a plus
