Job Title: Guest Relation Executive/Sr. Guest Relation Executive
Level/Grade: S2 / S3
Report to: GRAM/GRDM/GRM
Location: Khan Market
Main Responsibilities / Job Summary:
1. GRE/Sr. GRE is responsible for the Sales & Operation of the Outlet.
2. He/She ensures a warm welcome to all guest and provide an ever-lasting experience
3. He/She should be well versed in the Product and should be able to do suggestive & upselling.
4. He/She should perform all the correct steps while taking orders and collate all the necessary statements.
5. He/she ensures proper service & ensures 100% customer satisfaction.
6. He/She maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the Outlet.
7. He/She takes care of the accounting settlements, and presents the cheque to the customer.
8. He/She also tracks the inventories of all the items on daily basis and gets the service stations replenished at all times.
Required Qualifications: - Should be a Graduate in Hospitality
Experience (Years) – 0-1 Years
Nature of Experience – Preferable from the Retail / Hospitality industry (pref. to be given to candidates from Hotels)
