Qatar Airways are excited to be launching a new opportunity to join our HR – Systems and Administration team as an HR Administration Coordinator, reporting to HR Administration Manager – Doha and Outstations.
As an HR Administration coordinator, you will provide a range of HR services to QR group, such as assisting the HR Administration in coordinating and executing all transactional activities related to terms of employment, contract renewals, promotions, and change of terms & conditions of all permanent and contractual staff in line with HR policies.
Other Operational Duties Are Listed Below / Will Include
- Providing high quality and efficient service to HR / Business in a consistent and timely manner to the satisfaction of the business / employees and various stakeholders.
- Preparing letters of employment and contracts for the various categories of employment.
- Ensuring that the contracts are in line with corporate policies and meet the statutory requirements.
- Maintaining professional and effective written communication to the staff, as and when contractual changes are implemented (such as Promotion letters, Transfer letters and Upgrades).
- Effective implementation of step increments that have been put in place for the Deck Crew, Cabin Crew and Technical jobs.
- Preparation of ID card requests for all the new joiners, promotion and transfer cases and advising the department when the forms are ready for collection.
- Coordinating SOP cycle procedures, including developing documentation and follow-ups to ensure cycle milestones are completed in accordance with organizational requirements.
- Reviewing business card requests submitted by the staff and approving the requests based on the eligibility criteria. Where eligibility is not met, request for appropriate justification for Line Manager’s review and approval.

Qualifications
About You
A successful candidate should possess the following experience and qualifications:
- Relevant Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualification.
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience.
- Knowledge of HR operations and administration required.
- Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to successfully complete several tasks concurrently, and maintain high levels of attention to detail.
- Sound judgment, good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent computer skills including advanced skills in MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree major with Commerce background.
- Exposure to HR systems and administration techniques essential.
- Strong interaction with client area with proven influencing experience.
- HR Systems and computerized HR techniques.
