Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for timely communication of results with managers, staffing representatives, and business partners
- Assist business partners with collection of on-boarding documents (including close partnership with Talent Assessment)
- Issue clearances and verbally communicate denials with managers, staffing representatives, and business partners in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate data and document notes consistently, cross check employee information in Taleo/PeopleSoft
- Partner with third-party pre-employment screening company to collectively lead workload, ensure expectations are met, handle critical issues
- Adjudicate and communicate verbal denials with candidates
- Cross check employee information in MTB/PeopleSoft
- Meet all deadlines and communicate anomalies immediately
- Hiring authority support and provide subject matter expertise to managers/current employees
- Coordinate with team to ensure coverage at all times
- Advise leadership of areas of concern
- Verify accuracy of documents collected during on-boarding process
- Review pre-boarding applications and documents to ensure compliant with USPS, FAA, and DOT for audits and processing
- Manage processes/programs that are facilitated and completed by vendor/offshore support
- Support operation by completing background review in timely manner
- Complete monthly audits on work completed by vendor/offshore support and report errors for training opportunities
- Provide updates and reports to leadership with meaningful content to support workflows
- Conduct review of candidate background including work/education/criminal history
- Support other business workflows under director/MD’s organization as needed which includes (but not limited too) badging, travel, uniform administration, and other ad-hoc requests
- Exceed expectations of internal customers (24 business hours = average response time)
- Additional duties as required

Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science in business management or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years in analytical and compliance audit driven role with increasingly responsibility demonstrating strong leadership skills, making decisions and attaining results, proven experience that demonstrates comprehensive knowledge and understanding of planning project management
- Demonstrate strong internal/external written and verbal communications
- Experience in M/S Office Word, Excel, Outlook
- Effective communication and writing skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong project management skills
- Demonstrated ability working well with others, but ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential
- All candidates need to meet the requirements to hold the position into which they’re moving/being hired
- Criteria includes company policy, TSA CFR 1544.2299, DOT Rule 49 CFR Part 40 Section 40.25, PRIA and security directives
- Recent 1 year strong communication, problem solving, interpersonal, verbal and written skills, able to develop business relationships at all levels
- Must be analytical, detail oriented and have a strong business sense, ability to manage new insights and creative solutions
- Demonstrates extensive knowledge of prioritizing, troubleshooting testing and support the resolution of critical issues
- Able to work in a high productivity and fast paced environment, self-initiative, deadline driven, and excellent customer service
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position
