You will
- Produce high volume, high-quality food from menus.
- Various cooking duties – (grilling, preparing sauces, etc).
- Maintain HACCAP procedures, sanitary regulations, etc.
- Maintain a safe work environment to help with preventing accidents to self and coworkers.
You need
- 2+ years experience in a high volume food service with at least 1-year experience/exposure to menu research and development.
- A reliable, quality-conscious, safe worker.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced hot kitchen.
- Culinary knowledge of terms, procedures, and practices.
- Flexibility to perform assigned tasks independently or as part of a team.
- HACCP knowledge.
- Excellent attention to detail and self-organized
- Ability to deal with a heavy workload.
- Ability to accurately monitor wastage.
- Flexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays).
