責任範囲
エアアジアの経営計画に沿って、売上高の成長と収益性を最大化するための事業戦略を策定、
実施、分析する。
既存する代理店や販売チャネルを管理し、新しいチャネルや成長機会を特定・導入することで
、継続的な成長を確保する。
販売目標を設定し、達成させる。
市場情報を収集し、地域の業界動向や競合他社の活動を注視する。
販売地域における当社の事業に影響を与える可能性のある政府および規制上の問題に対する理
解、対策を維持する。
週次、月次で定期的に経営陣と販売実績の報告・検討を行う。
職務内容
オフライン営業の開発と管理、担当エリアの収益と有償座席利用率両方の売上目標を達成する
。
エアアジアのモデルと利益を優先して、販売チャネルとチームをリードし管理する。
競合の追跡とアクションプランの作成。
オフラインのポートフォリオにおける戦略的プランに積極的に貢献し、プランが市場のニーズ
を正確に反映するようにする。
既存の取引先との関係を維持し、新たな取引先を開拓する。
顧客満足度を高めるため、セールスサポートチームの運営を監督し、必要に応じてサポートを
提供する。
新規ビジネス機会を特定するために、各チームリーダーや責任者、その他関係者と調整する。
トレンドを分析し、ビジネスチャンスと脅威を特定する
販売実績を確認し、必要に応じて他の販売拠点をサポートする。
スキルと経験
大学卒業以上で、販売および流通分野における少なくとも6年間の商業経験があること。
航空ビジネスに関する知識があればなお可。
このポジションの理想的な候補者は、競争が激しく動きの速い旅行業界で結果を出してきた実
績を持つ、熟練した経験豊富なセールスマネージャーであること。
セールスおよび顧客関係管理の実績があること。
スタッフ管理・育成の経験があれば尚可。
コミュニケーション能力、交渉力、営業力、プレゼンテーション能力が必要。
Job Description
- Formulate, implement & analyze business strategies to maximize overall sales growth and profitability in line with the corporate plan of AirAsia
- Secure continued growth by managing existing accounts/distribution channels and identifying and implementing new channels and growth opportunities;
- Set & Achieve sales targets;
- Gather market intelligence and monitor industry developments and competitor activity in the territory;
- Maintain an understanding of governmental and regulatory issues that can impact our business in the territory;
- Prepare regular reports and reviews on sales performance with the Management on a weekly and monthly basis.
Functional Duties
- Offline Channel development and management, achieve sales targets both of revenue and LF for the region
- Lead and manage the distribution channel(s) and team(s) with AirAsia model and interest in priority.
- Competition tracking and action plan
- Actively contribute to the strategic plans within the off-line portfolio, ensuring that plans accurately reflect the needs of the market.
- Maintain existing and develop new trade customer relationships
- Oversee operations of sales support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide support as needed
- Coordinate with respective team leads/heads and other relevant parties to identify new business opportunities
- Analyse trends and identify business opportunities and threats
- Review sales performance and provide support to other points of sales (POS) as needed
Desired Skills & Experience
- The minimum qualification is Diploma/Degree holder in any field with at least six years of commercial experience in sales and distribution sectors, knowledge of the aviation business is preferable;
- The ideal candidate for the position will be an accomplished and experienced sales manager with a track record of delivering results within a competitive and fast-moving industry;
- Proven track record of successful sales and client relationship management;
- Experience in staff management and development is an asset;
- Highly developed communication, negotiation, sales and presentation skills;
- Ability to understand complex business processes, technology and products and the benefit they can bring to the portfolio;
- A keen grasp of the economic drivers of the business and the ability to apply this knowledge, along with creativity, to drive innovative solutions and cost-effective relationships;
- Microsoft Office application, fluent in written and spoken English is a must;
- Good interpersonal, communication and strong analytical & presentation skills;
- Ambitious and results-driven and able to work independently;
- Pleasant personality and pro-active attitude;
- The candidate must be willing and able to travel extensively.
