Summary
The Media Coordinator will support the Multimedia Technician group to meet customer needs and training delivery schedules. The incumbent will migrate flash-based content and convert it to HTML5 content. Which will be migrated to an HTML5 compliant environment before students begin training.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Migrate flash-based content from current system and convert to HTML5 content into a new system consisting of basic pages of data that include text and media.
- Focus on pages of content, ensuring the copy is formatted correctly and that the media is brought over correctly.
- Move text and media from one system to another
- Apply stylistic updates to media
- Apply stylistic updates to text
Qualifications And Education Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years’ experience and basic proficiency in photo-editing software (i.e. Photoshop)
- Experience in word processing software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines
- Detail oriented
- Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
- Excellent communication skills required
Security Responsibilities
Must comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.
- Incumbent must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
