Position Summary As the Sales Enablement Specialist, your primary responsibility is to assist with the management of sales content, training content and other key projects such as new employee on-boarding, sales rep certification, internal sales events, tool selection and other initiatives. You will interface with all levels of the sales organization. This is a junior level position reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement. This is a remote position, with potential once per year travel for a training event. Key Areas of Responsibility Sales Content and Tool Management Become proficient on our two key platforms: uLearn & Thales Digital Seller, handling user issues for each platform Uploading content Polishing content organization Managing Thales Digital Seller licenses Reporting Researching new sales tools and aiding in the selection and management of future tools Sales rep onboarding & certifications Coordinating onboarding schedules and invitations Sending out welcome materials Handling new joiner questions Managing the onboarding checklist Scheduling and participating in certification meetings Event coordination – Assist Sales Enablement Director with: Scheduling planning meetings Content & speaker coordination Budget management Engaging third party vendors Creativity & branding assistance Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s Degree- Business Administration/ Business Marketing or related field of study Proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to correspond in a clear manner with exceptional attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the company by communicating with sales personnel, sales management, as well as executive management. Detailed-oriented, excellent communication skills, creative, positive attitude, high energy and results-oriented Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects Excellent organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Event Planning Sales enablement or training Strong problem-solving skills to help drive the effectiveness and efficiency of the global sales organization. Ability to analyze data collected for generating appropriate reports. Sales Tool selection, implementation and management This position will require successfully completing a post-offer background check.
