This role works collaboratively with Teams in Facilities, Business Partners, Leadership, and stakeholders throughout the Company in order to communicate project status to varying levels of the Organization, form financial and schedule basis, and assist in project management from creation to conclusion. - Responsibilities
- Communicate on the status and direction concerning project creation, governance approvals, business case creation status and budget authorizations between the Facilities Project Managers and the Planning Team to ensure that internal Customers project delivery dates are met
- With direction from the Project Manager assist with schedule creation and analysis, cash flow projection creation and updates, cost forecasting in order to effectively communicate to Financial Planning & Assets (FP&A) the Projects' projections
- Assist with Project updates (tollgates) by assisting Project Managers with presentation templates, tools, quality control, notification of upcoming deadlines, and presentation charts and graphs on an as needed basis
- Assist with auditing Project schedules status, tollgate status, change orders, procurement strategy, cash flow projections and Project close-out information
- Gather total authorized funds vs approved budget, percentage of committed cost vs project budget, actuals to date and the estimate at completion reports to assist Leadership gauge the Projects' financial health
- Assist Leadership with staffing decisions through reports, analytics, and workloads with project dashboard
- Assist with the development of strategic process improvements to the Project workflow and assist with implementation
- Assist with AutoCAD and redlines drawings as required
