Do you want to be responsible for the coordination and development of the Joint Ventures and Partnerships in the Americas, ensuring the business development and revenue optimization and the continuous further development of existing and new partnerships in accordance with the Sales strategy?

Your main tasks include, among others:
- Development of AJV/Partnership strategy in line with the AG strategy for the respective market
- Securing the overarching coordination of Commercial Management and AJV/Partnership topics for the respective markets
- Further development of the commercial cooperation between Lufthansa Group carriers (LHG) and AJV including process harmonization, integration, creating synergies from a Sales perspective
- Representation of Sales interests with interfaces/panels/boards including active participation in decision making within the JV/ Partnership environment
- Coordination of projects within the AJV/Partnership environment under consideration of LHG interests
- Support of all Sales activities regarding “metal neutrality” under consideration of ATI (Anti Trust Immunity)
- All other duties as assigned or required
The ideal
Manager Americas Joint Venture and Partnership Sales must fulfill the following requirements:
- High School certificate, A level/ Abitur or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree in economics or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in Sales or other commercial processes (Network Management, Revenue Management, Distribution, Alliances)
- English business language required
- German language desirable
- Extensive knowledge of LHG sales and related commercial units
- IT knowledge
- Computer skills as user
- Strong conceptual thinking
