Reporting:
The Quality Control Supervisor reports directly to the Quality Control Manager.

Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise Quality Control inspection personnel and Delegated Inspectors as assigned.
- Coordinate with Planning and Production for the accomplishment of Major Repairs.
- Responsible to carry out inspections and buybacks of the work and technical records on Avmax and customer aircraft as assigned.
- Complete Service Difficulties Reports (SDRs) and FAA Form 337 and ensure that they are submitted in a timely manner.
- Attend training courses as directed by company management.
- Act as a receiving inspector for parts as required.
- Ensure all defects being deferred have been done following proper procedures
- Provide technical assistance or guidance as needed.
- Ensure work environment is safe and clean.
- Promote company values, vision, and mission.
- Certify aircraft for return to service.
- Ensure parts are scrapped in accordance with Scrap Parts program on the approval the Project Manager or Customer's authority.
- Responsibility for the functions as listed in the Primary and Secondary Functions List, RSQCM 2.A.1.3.
- Ensures that NDT or inspection equipment under their control is maintained in a serviceable condition and is used in a manner that conforms to best practices and manufacturer's instructions.
Qualifications:
- Certified A&P.
- Good knowledge of aviation regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization.
- Possesses strong fundamental aircraft knowledge.
- Demonstrated capability and competency in field of expertise.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the field.
