As Senior Officer Revenue Protection you will be responsible for the coordination and support of the Sales Audit and BSP Refund processes to ensure efficient and effective operations in achieving key KPI’s and SLA’s. Including analysis of issues and response to ticket, ADM and refund queries in leading and supporting our 3rd party providers such as Accelya and WNS. You’ll have: Strong knowledge of Fares and Ticketing Preferable strong Proration knowledge Understanding of Amadeus of equivalent reservation system history Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment High level of customer service, supporting internal and external stakeholders Excellent oral and written communication skills Advanced Word, Excel and PC knowledge and skills Why Qantas?
