Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is currently seeking an Experienced Human Resources Generalist to support their Quality and Materials Management organization in Mesa, AZ.

The position will work closely with other key groups in the Human Resources (HR) organization, the specialized HR Centers of Excellence (COE’s) and the HR Services groups to deliver high quality, seamlessly integrated operational HR support for the business. The role will work closely with Quality and Manufacturing leadership to develop talent strategies and people practices for the identified organizations, and work as part of the Mesa BDS HR team to implement said strategies and initiatives.
Position Responsibilities:
Deliver real time engagement and solutions within the BDS Manufacturing & Quality Mesa teams.
Contribute to the development of a culture of equity, diversity and inclusion where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery
Aid in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.)
Work closely with HR COE’s to provide input for the design of HR programs in specific areas (e.g., labor relations, talent, compensation, training), and to support the delivery of programs
Support Talent Management strategies
Utilize HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided
Develop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation
Ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives
Serve as subject matter expert on majority of HR products and services
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
3+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
3+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Human Resources certification
3+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives
Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, and high-impact communication style
Typical Education & Experience:
Typically 6 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range: $81,600 - $110,400
