The financial remuneration for this role is £35,000 – £45,000 basic + £55,000 - £65,000 OTE.

Aviation Recruitment Network is a specialist recruitment agency that supplies personnel to the UK commercial aviation industry.

Due to our continued rapid growth, we have a requirement for an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager to join and manage a team of recruiters at our East Midlands Airport office (DE74 2SA).

This is a sales-based role, it is essential that applicants have a minimum of 3 years of branch management experience gained from a commercial or industrial recruitment agency environment.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Recruitment Branch Manager will take full responsibility for providing full recruitment solutions to existing clients and developing new business opportunities.

This senior management role will involve travel to client airport locations across the UK (all expenses and transport will be covered).

In return, the Recruitment Branch Manager will receive:

• Up to £45k basic + OTE of £55,000 - £65,000.

The Recruitment Branch Manager will take responsibility for:

• Managing all aspects of new business development and revenue generation for the branch.
• Overseeing the recruitment process for existing clients.
• Selling a wide range of recruitment solutions to airport and non-airport clients.
• Managing and developing a team of 180 and 360 Consultants and Administration staff.
• Full profit & loss responsibility of the branch.

To be considered for the Recruitment Branch Manager role you will:

• Be a Recruitment Branch Manager, Recruitment Manager, or Senior Recruitment Consultant who is currently managing or has managed a recruitment agency specializing in Industrial or Commercial high-street recruitment services.
• Have experience in managing budgets and delivering against set financial targets.
• Have experience in delivering high-volume temporary, contract, and/or permanent recruitment solutions.
• Proven skills in managing, coaching, and developing people and building sales teams.

Senior Recruitment Consultants or Team Leaders from an Industrial, High Street, or Specialist Recruitment Agency environment may also be considered.
