What your day would be like
In this role, reporting to Assistant
Manager Accreditation and Program Management, you will be involved in the
Account management project - design and development.
- Ensuring project team adheres to provide timelines and deliverables
- Ensuring documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project
Communicating plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders
- Solving any issues that may arise during the project
- Managing and building relationships with multiple teams
- Assisting the Project Manager with administrative functions and processes
- Managing day-to-day activities for the Project Management team
- Analyzing project data and producing progress reports
- Participating in the Account management testing
- Developing marketing material and communication plan
- Launching the project deliverables and managing user access and troubleshooting
- Onboarding Ground Handling Service Providers on Salesforce, providing support during their account creation
- Onboarding Ground Handling Service Providers on One Source platform (https://www.iata.org/en/programs/cargo/cargo-operations/one-source/) and transferring their data
We would love to hear from you if you
- Are a recent university graduate (no longer than one year ago)
- Pay attention to detail and love working with basic data and databases
- Have willingness to learn, take initiative and dive-in on new projects
- Are flexible with regard to the wide variety of assigned tasks of varying duration
- Have very good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Have an intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications
Candidates applying for this job need to
be recent graduates, available to start quickly, and work on a full-time basis
(40 hours per week), for at least 6 months.
