What Youâll Do:
As an integral part of our Business Strategy and Engagement Office, youâll ensure the synchronization, communication, and relationship of initiatives across the FedEx Dataworks enterprise. You will build strong relationships with our Enterprise Architects to understand the impacts across Value Streams, ARTS, or systems. You will communicate the movement and progress status and risks from the backlog to the governing bodies. Youâll partner with myriad groups across the entire organization including Portfolio Execution, Business Architects, Portfolio, Product, etc., as well as leadership, to deliver information regarding the status of strategic initiatives.
be responsible for providing project planning and management for established initiatives within FedEx Dataworks. Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying and documenting business requirements; and ensuring that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget.        Â
Opportunities:
- Assemble, interpret, and identify trends to present high-level analysis to assist in guiding business decisions
- Analyze and document requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organizationÂ
- Conduct risk analysis and monitor the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets
- Responsible for preparation of formal management reports, status updates and presentations on projects
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures

What Youâll Know:- Bachelorâs degree in Business or equivalent work experience plus seven (7) yearsâ relevant experience in project and process planning and management
- Knowledge of cross-functional departmental processes preferred
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively lead multiple projects
- Strong organizational, time management, interpersonal skills with ability to effectively multi-task
- Comprehensive computer skills using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Business Objects
- Comprehensive presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Process-driven with a bias toward action.
- Ability to work across many teams, creating order and consistency without bureaucracyÂ
- Ability to provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Strong internal communication skills: Able to communicate complex data in a simple format to share decisions, process updates and tradeoffs to large audiences (i.e. in-person meetings, asynchronous meetings, email, and/or shared live docs).
- Ability to manage competing demands while maintaining out-of-the-box thinking
- Understanding of high level architecture needs across projects and IT initiatives
