AirAsia X is seeking Executive, Cabin Crew Admin to join our exciting team!
Functional Responsibilities & Duties
1. Recruitment: CC & Pilot
- Coordinator for recruitment drive â to find and book venue, hotel and flight for panels.
- Coordinator for Pre-placement - to find and book venue, hotel, flight, medical check-up
- appointment for candidates, sends interview result, documentation (for Resourcing, Work
- Permit application, benefits, pre-placement and Department), send LO, logistic arrangement
- for report duty, jump start, welcome note, notify related parties i.e. Tunes, PD, CAE, Security,
- MVS, Training team.
- Attestation certificate (Medical).
- Filtering candidatesâ resumes or AKD7 applications
- Manages CCDâs Resume bank.
- Main contact for candidates.
- Liaise with CAE on Initial and Conversion class planning and nomination list
2. Medical Assessment
- To liaise with AGSS for Guarantee Letter for CC
- Inform crew when the GL is ready
- Follow up on matters related to initial medical check/renewal check
- To do roster amendment/removal for medical reason if required
- Ensure Medical Certificate are inserted in the Personal Training File and e-file upon
- completion of Medical Assessment
3. Crew Contract Renewal
a. Foreigner: Crew Visa Renewal
Monitoring foreign crew visas/work permits expiry.
- Alerting all EXEC via email on the visa renewal. EXEC to evaluate crew
- performance and advise.
- Preparing Review of Contract/End of Contract and forward to PD
- Requesting and checking visa renewal documents
- Communicate with crew on the visa renewal documents and passport submission
- Liaising with PD on renewal process and preparing relevant documents
- Update expiry in AIMS. Monitor roster and request for passport for visa endorsement without removal and operation disruptions
b. Local Cabin Crew Contract
- Provide the listing of newly-joined cabin crew with the date joined & due date of
- crewâs contract period to EXEC
- Prompting EXEC to do the submission of crewâs contract review as early as
- possible before meeting the probation dateline
- Collect the acceptance of Letter of Offer
4. Disciplinary Cases
- Issue Letter of explanation for every misconduct committed by CC
- Misconducts/cases to be updated in Daily Crew Issue Monitoring (DCIM) on a daily basis.
- Prepare document / letter as advised by ACCM
- Letter issued to be updated in Warning Letter record and filed to Crew Personal File
- Letters to be updated in Google Drive (e-File)
5. Merit Dimerit KPI
- Update KPI on a Daily Basis (Merit and Demerits).
- Update crew name list in KPI whenever there is an initial or transfer batch.
- To update and highlight resigned crew in the KPI so that the list is updated to the current
- departmentâs manpower.
6. Guest Feedback (Compliment)
- Action on crew compliment through shared folder by CH team.
- To update data in CCD KPI Database
7. Electronic Cabin Crew Briefing Note (CORUSON)
- To action on eCBN route to admin team
8. Update Crew Personal Details Database
- Update and maintain latest CCâs passport no. in AIMS
- Update and maintain latest CCâs contact no in AIMS (primary & secondary no.)
- Update and maintain latest CCâs personal details including address, next of kin, email,
- change of name etc)
- Ensure all the crew personal details are tally with MCL
9. Ad-hoc Tasks
- Carry out any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by DFO, CPO, FOAM, CCM and ACCM.
- To be able to multitask by supporting the team member

Merits
Minimum working experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience-related job in the Company or a Diploma holder with a minimum of 3 yearsâ experience in the aviation industry.
- Broad knowledge of cabin crew operations, in-flight service standards and understanding of aviation policies and regulations.
