As a Sales Support Representative, you will be the support function for assigned sales teams. This includes providing a variety of administrative and reporting tasks, loading of corporate contracts and producing monthly review packs whilst delivering an excellent level of service to both internal and external stakeholders. This role is also responsible for ensuring all data is received and inputted in an accurate and timely manner.
Youâll have:
Experience in system administration, data entry and data base management.
Experience with CRM reporting and database management, preferably with Salesforce.
High level attention to detail.
Experience working with contracts highly desirable.
Work prioritisation skills and experience delivering to deadline.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Internal and external stakeholder management skills.
Understanding of sales processes.
