The Sr. Director of Digital Technology – GE Aerospace Power & Avionics Supply Chain leads a global digital execution and operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the digital vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Supply Chain division of Power & Avionics P&Ls, a $1B portfolio within GE Aerospace, consisting of 10+ manufacturing shops globally.

Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Serve as the CIO of Supply Chain for the Power & Avionics P&Ls within GE Aerospace, defining and executing the digital strategy that will ensure optimal operations of digital products and services across the manufacturing sites and enable lean, productivity, and predictability for the business.
- Lead a global organization of employees and contingent workers focused on digital product management, execution, and operations, including manufacturing site IT operations, infrastructure, application, and end user support.
- Support 10+ manufacturing shops globally, ensuring and improving uptime of critical systems and services.
- Evangelize new opportunities possible with technology investment; challenge status quo and drive data/digital disruption.
- Be part of the Power & Avionics Supply Chain leadership team, serving as the digital thought leader to the business and influencing strategy as the business evolves and grows.
- Be part of the Power & Avionics Digital Technology leadership team, collaborating closely with other senior digital leaders across other functions and practices to achieve results.
- Serve as the digital focal point for all Order-to-Cash processes in Power & Avionics Supply Chain, including Forecasting, Planning, Inventory Management, Sourcing & Supplier Management, Manufacturing, Quality, Shipping, and Invoicing. Partner with business leaders to enable productivity and lean process improvement within these processes.
- Understand the business strategy, priorities, challenges, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), aligning digital priorities to the most critical KPIs and process breakthroughs identified by the business.
- Create and maintain a consistent communication rhythm on organization and operations status, keeping Digital Technology and Supply Chain leadership in synch with overall initiative outcomes.
- Partner closely with central Oracle ERP and MES organizations to understand enterprise product roadmaps, define and communicate business priorities to those teams, and influence their digital product strategy to achieve business outcomes.
- Partner with the central Cybersecurity and Technology Risk organization to ensure cybersecurity compliance of all Power & Avionics Supply Chain applications and infrastructure. Manage and minimize cybersecurity risk across the portfolio, ensure compliance to SOX and CMMC where applicable across IT and OT assets, and adhere to the Enterprise Vulnerability Management (EVM) program.
- Be well versed into Lean and embed it into the team’s culture. Leverage Lean tools, such as Standard Work, Action Plans, Problem Solving, Daily Management, etc. to enhance the operations of the team and the Supply Chain function. Create awareness within the team and coach team members on adoption of Lean.
- Own and manage the team budget and spend throughout the year.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 10 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 13 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 15 years of professional experience
Minimum 7 years of professional experience overseeing Digital Technology Products
Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a People Leader
Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience

Desired Characteristics
Technical Expertise:
- Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through training, job experience and / or industry activities.
- Demonstrated understanding of Lean principles and tools.
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP and Supply Chain digital tools are beneficial, but not required.
Business Acumen:
- Proven track record of setting targets, executing a plan, and delivering results.
- Demonstrated ability to establish operational performance metrics and drive continuous efficiencies and improvements for systems, processes, and resources.
- Demonstrated ability to manage team/product operations across the product ecosystem and make tradeoffs based on key business priorities.
- Demonstrated customer focus – ability to evaluate decisions through the eyes of the customer, build strong customer relationships, and partner with customers to help shape their future initiatives.
- Ability to decompose problems and make decisions when problems or solutions are not 100% defined.
- Demonstrated effective strategy development and execution.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain processes and prior experience in a digital manufacturing role are beneficial, but not required.
