Position Summary
The Manufacturing/Process Engineer will be responsible for driving manufacturing process initiatives at our manufacturing facility located in Slater, Missouri. The plant produces industrial filters for industrial filtration. The role includes providing technical direction in plant layout, equipment, assembly and other manufacturing and interacts with product engineering, manufacturing High Performance Teams and quality functions.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in engineering or related technical degree program
- Must have AutoCAD experience
Desired:
- Formal training in Six Sigma methodology
- Ability to lead project teams
- Proven ability to work with various resources to resolve problems and implement solutions.
- Strong attention to detail skills
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Above average interpersonal and influence skills to be able to work effectively with others in a team environment.
- Exposure to, and participation in, lean manufacturing initiatives
