Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Operations and Products, the successful candidate will help manage the system and processes associated with Salesforce as well as Pardot with the goal of enabling sales growth and increasing productivity. As the main function of the role, you will support the Product team to achieve their business objectives.
Your familiarity with Salesforce along with an interest in digital analytics will make you an important member of the team. You will play a key role in enabling online tracking, reporting of online sales and lead generation activities that drive sales for the organization.
What your day would be like
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce
- To ensure the entire end-to-end operation in the area of product, sales and marketing CRM
- Implement sales support tools including but not limited to reports and dashboards as well as to monitor them
- Launch marketing automation campaigns
- Provide KPI and ROI insights to the sales, marketing and product teams on an on-going basis
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational problems within area of focus. Identify and suggest improvements
- Develop documentation and procedures, as required as well as provide general support
- Be a point-of-contact for the IT team
We would love to hear from you if
- 3+ years supporting sales and operations teams
- 2+ years working with Salesforce in an administrative function (not just a user)
- 1+ years working with an marketing automation and email platform tool (preferably Pardot)
- Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce (Sales, Commerce, Pardot), data structures, Lightning platform and maintenance.
- Salesforce certification is required
- Google Analytics certifications are a plus
- Very good IT / technical background
- Proven project organizational skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with virtual, international (and cross-cultural) teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages would be an asset
