Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient and effective legal and administrative support to the department.
• Handles monitoring and maintains the database of all relevant documents for tasks assigned.
• Administrative Support for Pre-litigation, Litigation, and HR Case Handling and Management.
• Administrative Support for Aircraft Transactions and other Special Projects.
• Provision of advice to various internal clients for minor legal and administrative queries (limited to those situations where previous actions have already been given by the lawyers).
• Supervision and management of the legal assistants (where applicable).

Basic Qualifications:

• College graduate, preferably with a degree in Bachelor of Arts major in Legal Management, Political Science, Philosophy and English
• At least two (2) years’ work experience in the Airline industry, law firm, or a multinational corporation with exposure in handling Contracts and/or Legal support.
