Temporary Customer Service Advisor

Rates of pay will vary between £10.50ph - £12.00ph depending on contract and hours worked. These roles will require shift work within a seven day a week operation.

We are recruiting for a number of temporary opportunities with key clients in and around Heathrow Airport that will suit candidates with strong customer service skills. Confident individuals with strong communication skills to interact with people face to face.

The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for ensuring that the customer experience is first class. Ensuring all interactions are professional and friendly with positive outcomes.

You need to be very flexible as you will be required to work shifts that will rota during operating hours of 05:00 and 23:00 across a 7day operation.


In return the Customer Service Advisor will receive:

To be considered for the role of Customer Service Advisor:

• Experience of working in a customer facing role
• Strong communication skills
• Be able to work shifts
• You will also need to provide 5 years worth of checkable work/education history
• Complete a DBS and CTC check

Any experience of working as a customer service advisor, check in agent, security, retail with a customer facing role would be highly desirable
