Recruitment Consultant - running a Temporary/Contracts desk

We have an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving recruitment team based at Heathrow.

This Recruitment Consultant role is a permanent position to start with as soon as possible. You will specialise in permanent recruitment opportunities and will have no territory restrictions.

The main responsibility of the Recruitment Consultant will be to provide an outstanding recruitment service to all candidates and clients. You will be used to working within a results orientation environment and used to managing your own time effectively.
The role we have will require the Recruitment Consultant to provide temporary recruitment services to a variety of clients within our specialist sectors of commercial, industrial and hospitality markets. Managing their flexible staffing plans with efficiency. Ensuring clients and candidates receive outstanding communication and that you are following up on all your commitments and promises tp each and every person.
In return, the Temporary Recruitment Consultant will be offered:
• £25,000 – £28,000 per annum dependent upon your experience and skills.

As the Temporary Recruitment Consultant, your duties will include:
• Business Development
• Onboarding candidates interested in temporary assignments to our company’s highest standards.
• Liaising with clients weekly to ensure you have all their flexible staffing needs covered.
• Update and maintain the company’s CRM and ATS systems.
• Updating and maintaining a database using MS Office on a day to day basis.

The successful Recruitment Consultant will ideally be able to demonstrate:
• Experience of working in a sales based environment either by telephone or face to face.
• Experience of using outlook, word and possess keyboard skills to an advanced level.
• Experience in a similar role within a Recruitment Agency or recruitment environment would be highly desirable.
• A full, clean UK driving licence (minimum 12 months driving experience is essential).
