This position is for a Senior Coordinator of Administration who is under minimal supervision supporting Senior Executives and leaders at Collins Aerospace. This role coordinates expense reporting, travel plans, and event planning. The individual will solve complex problems and assists in recommending, developing, and implementing new processes and analyses. The role will assist in leading lower-level staff in gathering, verifying, and processing documentation and relies on moderate to extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks. This role will be remote supporting Senior Executives in Operations and has the potential to travel up to 10%. This is a highly visible role.
This position can be worked remotely or at any Collins location, both domestic and remote.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Works under minimal supervision to perform clerical activities including but not limited to expense reporting in SAP, travel bookings, and general record keeping.
- Schedules travel both domestically and internationally for those they support including flights, hotels, and car arrangements.
- Coordinates calendar meetings in Outlook for the Executive level personnel.
- Coordinates larger events for customers, team building, conferences, and more.
- Responds to complex email and phone inquiries.
- Assists building slides for executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
- Arranges offsite gatherings and is responsible for logistics including verifying and processing documentation.
- Assists in recommending, developing, and implementing new processes and analysis.
- Acts as office manager with oversight of records management.
- Performs data entry and other normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files, interviewing callers, and making proper referrals, arranging meetings, and conferences and receiving, referring, or answering mail.
- Reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage and answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures.
- May provide executive assistant services as a direct assistant to Senior Executives and leaders.
- This includes working independently on special assignments, managing the Executive's schedule, processing and handling of confidential documents and other administrative duties.
- May involve up to 10% travel domestic
Qualifications/Experience Needed:
- Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience
- Proven experience with MS Office Suite
- Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP expense reporting experience or related
- 5+ years of experience managing calendars, expenses, and domestic/ international travel as an executive assistant.
- PowerPoint & Excel experience
- Willingness to take an intermediate/advanced excel course paid for by our company Employee Scholar Program.
- Experience as a virtual assistant/ working in a remote environment.
- Project management experience.
- Previous HR Coordinator experience and other HR experience related to compliance/ confidentiality.
- Larger event planning experience (conferences, holiday parties, etc.)
- Previous experience working in the aerospace industry.

The salary range for this role is 46,000 USD - 110,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
