You will stand in for brand&customer experience specifics of SWISS within the loyalty organization of LH Group. You will bring local airline needs into the ideation of loyalty activities and support local management of Miles&More program. You manage cooperation between SWISS and loyalty management.
- Act as interface between local stakeholders (brand&customer experience, commercials) and loyalty organization. Create transparency and facilitate exchange
- Present local commercial and customer specific airline needs during ideation process for loyalty program development and marketing activities
- Enhance visibility of the Miles&More program at airline touchpoints (digital and local airline touch points)
- Ensure an ongoing dialogue between SWISS and loyalty management before implementation of new program elements, marketing activities and (status) customer benefits
- Promote and enhance communication of relevant airline topics/ benefits within Miles&More and airline specific communication portfolio
- Aim for and support harmonization of (status) customer benefits across all participating LHG airlines

- Master`s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, customer experience or commercials
- At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing, customer experience, knowledge of loyalty management as an advantage
- Several years of experience in customer focused project management
- Agile working style and high level of initiative
- Customer understanding with strong communication skills
- Business fluency in written and spoken German and English
