Dans votre rĂŽle, vous devrez : Participer au dĂ©veloppement et Ă la croissance des activitĂ©s de l'Organisme de Maintenance AgrĂ©Ă© (OMA) : DĂ©velopper les processus pour l'incorporation des modifications post-livraison du A220: Mettre en place le magasin et zone de quarantaine pour lâOMA; AcquĂ©rir l'Ă©quipement nĂ©cessaire pour lâOMA; Travailler avec le gestionnaire de projet OMA / PRQ pour maintenir toutes les preuves rĂ©glementaires requises lors de l'exĂ©cution des activitĂ©s de maintenance et de tous les sous-systĂšmes OMA; Travailler en Ă©troite collaboration avec tous les groupes en relation avec l'OMA; PrĂ©parer, coordonner et superviser les activitĂ©s de maintenance, dĂ©terminer et diriger des affectations de travail; PrĂ©parer des lots de travaux en fonction des demandes et exigences du client; Superviser le personnel d'entretien; S'assurer que tous les travaux sont planifiĂ©s et exĂ©cutĂ©s de maniĂšre sĂ»re et efficace; S'assurer que le travail effectuĂ© est conforme Ă toutes les procĂ©dures approuvĂ©es; Agir Ă titre d'autoritĂ© de certification des aĂ©ronefs en vertu de l'OMA 24-19; S'assurer que toutes les exigences rĂ©glementaires de l'OMA sont suivies; Participer aux opĂ©rations gĂ©nĂ©rales de l'organisation de maintenance, au besoin. En tant que candidat idĂ©al, Vous avez un minimum de 10 ans d'expĂ©rience en maintenance d'aĂ©ronefs dans divers environnements (exploitation de compagnies aĂ©riennes, maintenance lourde, maintenance en ligne, planification de maintenance, rĂ©parations majeures etcâŠ) ; Vous avez une expĂ©rience dans un rĂŽle de supervision au sein dâun organisme de maintenance agrĂ©Ă© ; Vous avez une trĂšs bonne connaissance du RĂšglement de l'aviation canadien (RAC 571, 573 et 706), avoir une connaissance du RAC 561 est un atout; Vous avez une connaissance de l'EASA, de la FAA et d'autres autoritĂ©s rĂ©glementaires ; Vous ĂȘtes titulaire dâune licence de Technicien en Entretien dâaĂ©ronef (M2); Vous avez des capacitĂ©s d'organisation exceptionnelles et un excellent communicateur, avec de solides compĂ©tences « relationnelles » ; Ătre fluide en anglais et en français (parlĂ© et Ă©crit) est un atout majeur. In your role, you will: Participate in the development and growth of the Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO) activities: Develop processes for post-delivery modification incorporation; Set up AMO store and quarantine area; Procure AMO equipment; Work with the AMO Project Manager / AMO PRQ to maintain all regulatory evidences required during the performance of maintenance activities and all AMO sub systems; Work closely with all groups in relation with the AMO; Prepare, coordinate and supervise maintenance activities, determining and directing specific work assignments; Prepare work packages based on customer request and requirements; Supervise maintenance personnel; Ensures all work is scheduled and performed in a safe and efficient manner; Ensures work performed is compliant with all approved procedures; Act as Aircraft Certification Authority under AMO 24-19; Ensure all the regulatory requirement of the AMO are followed; Assists in the general operations of the maintenance organization as required. As our ideal candidate, You have a minimum of 10 years of aircraft maintenance experience in various environment (airlines operation, heavy maintenance, line maintenance, maintenance planning, major repairs etcâŠ); You have experience in supervision role of an Approved Maintenance Organization; You have a very good knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulation (CAR 571, 573 and 706), having CAR 561 knowledge is an asset; You have knowledge of EASA, FAA and other regulatory authorities; You are a licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (M2) You have exceptional organizational abilities and an excellent communicator, with strong "people" skills; To be fluid both in English and French (spoken and written) is strong an asset. Endorsement on the A220 is an asset. You have the ability to make solidified and accurate decisions exercising good judgment skills. You have the ability to multitask and to be flexible to change tasks with little or no notice.
