Experience: 3+ years’ experience in airlines customer service process/operations
Roles & responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Record customer queries/inquiries
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
Skills & Attributes
- Should be flexible with 24/7 working environment.
- Good communication skills (Verbal and Written).
- Working knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Should have been part of customer service processes (Voice/Email)
