The financial remuneration for this role is up to £35,000 basic + uncapped OTE.

Due to our continued rapid growth, we have a requirement for a 360 Senior / Recruitment Consultant for Perm contract business, who can demonstrate their experience in selling permanent recruitment solutions to join our team at our East Midland Airport office (DE74 2SA).  Experience outside of perm in the temporary market is also considered, providing areas of perm business development has been billed.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant your duties will include:
  • Sell a wide range of consultancy services by conducting market research and lead generation.
  • Generate new business appointments via networking, telesales, and other social media tools such as Linked-In.
  • Matching candidate skills and experience vacancies for airport and non-airport recruitment campaigns.
  • Advertising and marketing vacancies through job boards and social media platforms.
The successful individual will ideally be able to demonstrate:
  • Experience as a full 360 Recruitment Consultant selling permanent recruitment solutions within a commercial recruitment discipline.
  • A full, clean UK manual driving license (minimum of 12 months of driving experience is essential).
  • Be proficient in canvassing and generating business leads.
  • Build networks of candidates and clients to advocate personal and corporate brand.
  • Have experience of working to financial targets.
  • Have experience in full; onboarding of new, developing lapsed, managing and growing client accounts, with a proactive mindset to work in partnership.
