Main accountabilities include:
- Prepare and issue all rosters, updating with shift swaps and other rostered changes as necessary.
- Calculating overtime, sickness and annual leave hours on Kronos.
- Record absences on day sheets and ensure that staff are proving sick certificates and completing RTW forms with the supervisor.
- Organising renewals for airside passes, vehicle passes, and criminal record checks counter terrorism checks (CTC) checks for all Cabin services staff in LHR airport.
- Dealing with references for new recruits, 5-year history, and dealing with new starters.
- Process and monitor annual leave levels for all staff.
- Order supplies and assist maintenance of cleaning department as directed by the department manager.
- Order specialised uniform and supplies for cleaning.
- Organise and schedule all staff training in liaison.
- Handling mail.
- Producing monthly statistics.
- Liaising with department manager with regards to over-time allocation, maintaining procedures for controlling and recording the allocation of over-time and producing monthly statistics for the department.
- Checking agency staff hours.
- Minute taking during meetings.
- Perform any other administrative or operational duties a may be reasonably required by the department manager.
Qualifications And Experience
- Knowledge of ASIG policies, regulations and procedures.
- Good understanding of the cleaning operation.
- PC Skills- Fully competent in Microsoft Office-Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Work Dimensions required-Flexibility, Team Working, Initiative, Accuracy and Planning and Organising.
