What You’ll Do
- Report key operational statistics and performance indicators to the Senior Commercial Manager.
- Build interpersonal relationships with clients and steak-holders, whilst representing the company in an appropriate matter.
- Oversee charter/airfreight enquiries and flight management.
- Quote for ad-hoc charter flights.
- Process paperwork for flight bookings and other related administrative activities.
- Fully understand operational logistics within the airline and airfreight industries.
- Liaise with the company’s key clients and the in-house operations department.

- Commercially minded with a demonstrated passion for aviation.
- Highly attentive to detail to ensure high levels of accuracy.
- Work effectively under pressure to carry out day-to-day responsibilities.
- Intuitive organisation which allows for proactive working.
- Keen attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Flexibility for occasional weekend and on-call work.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Good mathematical skills.
