As
a Marketing Brand Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make tremendous impact for the Collins Aerospace Intertrade organization as the sole digital marketing and social media lead. Intertrade is a service-based business that buys, recertifies, and sells aviation airframe, engine components and repair change management. We partner with external providers to guarantee access to aircraft components and facilitate transfer to the customer (airlines, MRO’s, OEM’s, military) in a timely and efficient manner.
This position can be worked remotely.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Enhance and continue to maintain Intertrade’s digital and social presence for both internal and external audiences.
- Execute an innovative and data-driven social media strategy in line with the company’s business priorities to grow brand recognition.
- Manage the online community by engaging with industry content as defined and when appropriate.
- Provide input and help execute social media strategies for major trade shows and industry events, in addition to ongoing campaigns.
- Develop strategic content on or through multi-channel mediums to elevate and promote our internal and external capabilities.
- Work with internal and external Intertrade customers on all aspects of event planning to include execution, measurement, and communication plans.
- Lead all graphic design efforts and branding material for Intertrade.
- Support additional ad-hoc requests as business needs evolve.
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time
Basic Qualifications:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. Collins Aerospace will not offer sponsorship for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Foundational understanding of how B2B brands leverage social media authentically.
- Basic knowledge of social media trends and how to leverage appropriately in a professional setting (and when not to)
- Demonstrated experience executing strategic communications plans unique to different channels that deliver measurable results

The salary range for this role is 62,000 USD - 124,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
