The ServiceNow senior technical analyst is a key role within the IT Service Management – Improve Team. Enabling the easyJet’s IT Data & Change functions to drive improvements through the evolution of the ServiceNow Platform
As senior technology analyst you will oversee the ServiceNow partner who performs the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the platform. You will be responsible for leading the team to ensure they maintain the stability and usability of the platform across production and nonproduction environments.
What you’ll need to do the role
Support project managers and service managers in development of new and/or improved business solutions to ServiceNow, ensuring they are fit for purpose and supportable, in-line with the business requirement specifications and project plans.
You will act as the Technical SME for the platform, understanding new ServiceNow features and unused module functionality to drive platform expansion and adoption
Supplier management skills – gravitas to engage senior stakeholders.
Skills/Experience
Demonstrable experience in a ServiceNow technical Administrator role as well as experience and exposure to ITSM, ITOM. (ITBM experience a plus)
Demonstrable System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
Experience in implementing ServiceNow upgrades, processes, and functions
Experience with administration of SQL Server Integration Services
