The Training Operations Coordinator, Cabin Crew is responsible for providing a high level of support to help drive the delivery of important cabin crew learning programs to ensure key learning objectives are met. You will manage the daily operations of the training activities across all cabin crew programs from the facility and classroom set-up, organise Cabin Crew graduations, learning data entry and support Cabin Crew facilitators, external training clients and Cabin Crew candidates with any needs to ensure successful learning experience. You will work collaboratively with the Learning and Development (L&D) team and Cabin Crew Logistics Coordinators. This position will coordinate the daily operations and training requirements, across digital and face-to-face learning initiatives to help meet the business achieve agreed objectives and timelines.

What youâll bring to the role:
The ability to manage, co-ordinate and implement training requirements within a complex, operational environment
The ability to organise training equipment and facilities (internal and external) to ensure efficiency of training programs
Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet structured time constraints where work is allocated from multiple stakeholders
The ability to problem solve in a timely manner and find appropriate solutions that do not impact the learning outcomes or program schedule
Demonstrated ability to lead the day of operations and provide support and assistance to Learning Managers, Facilitators and participants for an exceptional learning experience
Computer literacy and proficiency in company approved software and applications including spreadsheets and databases
Proven ability to work on multiple tasks with demanding deadlines simultaneously
To be self-motivated with an ability to see tasks through to completion
Demonstrated ability to work in an agile working environment
To be able to maintain and report accurate employee training records in a Learning Management systemÂ
Excellent written/oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and confident, professional verbal communication skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Minimum 2 years previous customer service facing role
