Role: Project Manager / Reach Mission Leader

Location: Filton – hybrid on site as a minimum 60%

Working Pattern: Standard 35 hours across 4.5 days (working between 7-7 at business discretion)

Length of Contract: 02/05/2024 – high possibility of extension until at least end of 2024

Travel: Maybe potential travel within Europe

Scope of the role is to ensure that all impacted UK teams have a roadmap which will support the objective of ensuring ATA 32, 28 & 47 suppliers are delivering REACH compliant equipment by September 2024.

• Ensuring that all supplier documentation, including EDES are delivered in an agreed timescale which supports the REACH objective

• Ensuring that all EDES are launched into the Full Change Process in a controlled and prioritised manner

• Ensuring that topics are taken to the UK CCC/CCB (KOB/MB/DB) in a controlled and prioritised manner

- Identifying risks around industrial compliance with departments

- Ensuring all supplier docs are delivered on time to secure DB timescale ( delivery EDES 2 plus all supporting documentation)

• Ensuring that all mods are closed in a timescale to protect Aircraft deliveries

• Liaising with department focal points

• Escalating through local governance as required

• Monitoring progress to ensure that activities in the required timescale and driving improvement initiatives when required to ensure that schedule is maintained

• 10 years project management experience

• Strong stakeholder management

• Presentation skills

• Aviation experience
