Internship Business Excellence Management

A dedicated and motivated team with a wide range of tasks and comprehensive insights into the business processes of an international business segment of Lufthansa Technik AG is waiting for you!

The internship is scheduled to start in August 2024 for 6 months. The internship is remunerated.

Tasks

For the business segment "Aircraft Maintenance Services" of Lufthansa Technik AG, we are looking for you as an intern in the area of Digital Transformation & Business Excellence:

• Support in the implementation and further development of Business Excellence initiatives
• Taking over PMO activities in the projects
• Design and facilitate workshops and trainings
• Selecting and developing required methods and tools
• Support communication within the project activities
• Create documentation and presentations for business excellence topics in coordination with the team
• Perform special tasks

Requirements

In order to complete an internship in our company, you must be in at least the third semester of your studies at the time of the internship, preferably technical or business related studies.

• Current certificate of enrollment must be enclosed with the application
• Knowledge of process management, transformation, lean methods, quality management are an advantage
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Team and communication skills
• Confident and open manner towards internal and external partners
• Very good IT skills (especially Microsoft Office)
• Strong analytical and strongly developed conceptual skills
• Quick comprehension, objective and confident judgment
• High level of creativity, strong initiative and sense of responsibility
• Pragmatic and goal-oriented approach with a "hands-on" mentality
