The
Advisor, Learning Analytics will analyze the overall effectiveness of learning programs using multiple inputs with multiple stakeholders. They are responsible for the establishment and ongoing management of the Training Dashboard and liaising with all areas of the training team to identify opportunities and celebrate successes.
Description
- Partner in the establishment and execution of the learning effectiveness framework
- Establish and gather data inputs from learning events with multiple stakeholder groups
- Analyze data against performance of programs finding areas of opportunity and highlighting successes
- Create and manage training dashboard to showcase results
- Present findings to multiple levels of leadership
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in translating data into useable insights
- Experience working with feedback and data analysis/reporting
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) including data manipulation skills
- Experience with infographics software and presenting data/findings visually
- Strong relationship building skills with experience working in a consultative and collaborative manner with business stakeholders and other cross functional teams
- Professional communicator that is flexible, detail driven, with a proactive self-starter approach and exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and initiatives to successful and timely completion
- Diploma or college degree is considered an asset
