About the role
As a Business Development Lead in the Asset and Fleet Management domain, you will create, identify, and develop opportunities through research, analysis, and customer engagement aligned to Babcock’s strategic goals and objectives.
Your market knowledge, relationships, and experience, will help to secure strategic programs for Babcock across Australia and New Zealand, while working as part of an integrated team of business winning professionals.
About you
You have significant experience in the Fleet and/or Asset Services sector, an established network of contacts, an understanding of key stakeholders, customer strategies, and their overall future trajectory.
You know how people, process, and technology come together to create powerful, cost effective, Asset and Fleet Management solutions that stand out from the crowd.
You have a growth mindset and are passionate about what you do. You possess a good level of professional acumen and past performance in Business Development and/or Capture Management. All this, combined with your strong communication and negotiation skills will see you succeed in the role.
