Role and Responsibilities

Management of Quality Management System (QMS) and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) iaw with ISO and AS standards
Take charge of the company's Maintenance Organisation Expositions (MOE) and Certification as required by the respective Civil Aviation Authority
Promote and manage Quality and Safety campaigns
Conduct internal quality audits, external audits on vendors
Take charge of audits conducted by aviatin authorities and customers.
Manage, develop and enhance Quality and Safety standard operating procedures, policies
Identify technical training requirements and overseeing competency needs for technical staff
Manage and consolidate Quality and Safety data for reports
Attend meetings and other duties as delegated by the Quality Manager

Job Requirements

Preference for aerospace related Diploma or Degree
Preference for candidates with 2 to 3 years of experience in aviation AMO, MRO company.
Have knowledge and/or good understanding of the ISO, AS requirements
Added preference for knowledge of CAAS, FAA, EASA requirements. Knowledge of Safety Management Systems
Assist the QM in developing, reviewing, improving and implementing quality and safety management procedures
