Job Overview And Responsibilities
The marketing Specialist will be responsible for the HR / IKC team to build our employer value proposition to help with all communications from a monthly newsletter to digital content on the career site.
- Produce high-quality content across multiple channels that engage employees and target candidates and build employer brand recognition
- Develop and implement internal communication plans to ensure all employees are informed and engaged
- Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing material used in hiring and retaining talent
- Work closely with the leadership team to generate new ideas and strategies to improve employer value propositions
This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree (Bachelorβs degree in Communications, digital marketing, public relations, or relevant field)
- 3 years of experience in a digital marketing/communications role
- Proven experience in creating targeted content
- Ability to create and edit video content
- Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to work under time constraints
- Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
