Position Summary
The Administrative Professional position is in the Human Resources Department and supports all four Slater facilities: managing the front lobby, answering phones, and tracking the presence of building staff. They will provide support for all indirect purchasing and sourcing, labor and headcount reporting and assisting with company events. They will also track all safety, quality and production training.

Responsible for answering phones and providing customer service in the front lobby
Indirect purchasing and sourcing for 3 Slater facilities and 2 divisions
Labor tracking for production efficiency
Tracking of safety, quality and production training
Labor reporting and data entry
Maintain and organize production and labor records
Distribute mail within the plant
Maintain employee contact information database and phone listings
5S front office as needed
Order meals and supplies for visitors
Track and communicate the presence of building staff
Create and update communication PowerPoints
Maintain and update bulletin boards at three locations
Manage badges for visitors
Manage facility cleaning and vending
Marketing and planning of company events
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills
Expert in Microsoft office and other software
Desired QualificationsAssociates degree or higher
Prior customer service experience
