Key Responsibilities

Candidate's main task and responsibilities will include: -

Managing Repair Loop for Components
Coordination with Supplier for meeting TAT, Quality and with customer for easy retrieval of all AFHS (Local and Overseas) unserviceable units for repair
ERP Transaction, Repair Loop and Logistics management close coordination with stakeholders involved
Incoming Inspection, Checklist preparation, AMASIS Updation for Drop Shipment directly from Repairer
Core unit return time Monitoring for Component
Lease return AFHS component end mapping and sourcing support
Activities under of Direct Shipment Officer role
Receiving Inspection of Unserviceable Unit
Generating Repair Order
Export Preparation
Timestamp Updation
Warranty Verification on received equipment
Follow up on missing data from customer
Reporting as per set KPI

Specialized Knowledge And Skills

Candidate will be able to demonstrate following competencies and skills

Minimum Education Graduation/Degree in Engineering (Preferably in Aviation related)
Experience in Aviation Logistics environment
Experience in working with OEM, Suppliers, MRO
Hands on experience on Aviation ERP / SAP MM Module preferable
Knowledge on Computer Applications and MS Office/G Suite
Autonomous and able to work within a team and in a multicultural environment
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in timely environment
