We have created a brand new role as Value Realisation Manager to join our Strategy & Programmes team at easyJet holidays.
The Strategy & Programmes team is at the heart of our rapid growth and value creation plan - supporting the Holidays Management Board in answering the big strategic questions and determining where the company can best seize recovery opportunities, creating competitive advantage and driving shareholder value.
As the Value Realisation Manager, you'll report directly to the Head of Strategy & Programmes and take charge of developing a fantastic value realisation plan framework - uplifting delivery assurance, realising those exciting business benefits, and ensuring the successful delivery of our growth plans.
Here at easyJet holidays, we're all about creating a seamless alignment. From our investor narrative and corporate strategy to strategic key performance indicators (KPIs) and those specific change activities, we want everything to flow smoothly, and you'll be the one responsible for tracking the strategic delivery across easyJet holidays.
Your insights will provide us with a single source of truth on the realisation of value, enabling timely and accurate reporting to the Holidays Management Board. You'll be responsible for reporting and tracking progress milestones and relevant KPIs to drive our growth ambition, plus, your keen eye will proactively identify risks and issues, ensuring we find resolutions for the critical ones.
You'll be developing and owning a value realisation framework, creating a coordinated approach to rolling out, monitoring, and communicating value measures. You'll also be supporting the delivery of our committed targets through value realisation plans and project charters. Collaboration is key here as you'll be working alongside our Product Owners and Programme Managers, and together, we'll identify those exciting business benefits and measure value effectively.
Speaking of teamwork, you'll be working closely with our Holidays Management Board. Your friendly and approachable nature will come in handy as you make sure they understand their KPI targets and how their teams contribute to delivering value. Tracking progress is vital to our success, so you’ll support the performance management and reporting of our near-term progress against our long-term targets.
You’ll be the link between our financial plans and execution, which means you’ll be working closely with our Finance Team to establish a strong connection.
Together with our Senior Strategy Manager, you'll ensure that our decisions are value-driven and in tune with the dynamic market landscape, making sure we are constantly adapting and staying ahead!
What you’ll bring to the team:
We're on the lookout for someone who loves taking initiative and thrives in a dynamic environment. If you enjoy shaping your own role and embracing ambiguity, you'll feel right at home with us. Ideally, you'll have experience in building value realisation plans and business cases, where you've tackled a wide range of key performance indicators (KPIs) and assessed their impact on financial performance.
Establishing strong relationships with stakeholders is crucial to us, so if you have a proven track record of doing so in a fast-paced and ambiguous setting, that's a big plus! We value qualities like initiative, resilience, a growth mindset, and adaptability. We're seeking someone who can think strategically and quickly grasp commercial issues, distilling the key drivers of performance.
If you also bring deep financial evaluation knowledge, experience in model building/running, and strong commercial acumen (perhaps with a management accounting or relevant qualification), that would be fantastic. Experience in a programme office and financial reporting, along with the ability to build a toolkit for tracking performance, would be highly beneficial. Additionally, extensive knowledge of the travel, packaged holidays, and airline industry trends, events, as well as market and competitor dynamics, would be a great asset. However, don't worry if you don't have it all - it's not a deal breaker for us.
We're all about creating a friendly and collaborative work environment, where your unique skills and experiences are valued. If you're ready to make a positive impact and join us on this exciting journey, we can't wait to hear from you!
What’s in it for you:
Not only will you receive a competitive base salary, but you'll also be eligible for our company-wide bonus scheme and a 7% pension contribution. We offer a variety of share options and life assurance too. Plus, we have an impressive range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to your needs.
But there's more! You'll have 25 days holiday and access to heavily discounted flights for yourself and your loved ones, as well as free easyJet Plus membership and annual holiday vouchers.
The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model with two in-office days per week.
At easyJet holidays, we're committed to supporting our team with development opportunities and a welcoming atmosphere. As we create unforgettable experiences for our customers, we strive to do the same for our employees. The possibilities are endless with us, where would you like to go?
