Basic Function and Scope:

Ensure BKK station fulfills station accounting closing disciplines monthly / quarterly and Annual
Meeting / answering queries from finance units in H.O and providing necessary insights and support to the Country Manager who leads the local business unit.
Forecasting station fund requirements.
Overseeing VAT recollection after due coordination with all stakeholders.
Should be able to contribute to new station setup and support and provide adequate support to the country manager.
Reconciling withholding tax account and other staff tax account etc.
Analyze station expenses and make sure same are settled as per contracts and monitor deviations.
Following station debtors and raising queries when necessary and escalation as appropriate.
Raising debit notes to external parties for collection of KAC receivables.

Requirements:

9 years’ experience in Accounting with at least 4 years in the supervisory level.
University degree in a finance or accounting discipline additional qualification will be considered as an added value.
Should have distinct experience in Accounting and be able to support the business which acts as a Regional hub.
