As a Content Specialist, you will provide support to create and tailor digital content for our Agency Partners across the Qantas Agency Connect sites globally. You will implement content best practice including agile methodologies in managing Qantas Agency News and Qantas Policy content using your expertise in content creation, website management and content analytics. You will also synthesise information from multiple sources to support content migration to meet project timelines. You will work with the Qantas Agency Connect Site Product Manager Team to identify opportunities to create new or improve existing work practices, business processes and content governance structures. In addition to this, you will assist in the integration of initiatives with cross-departmental projects to drive brand consistency and help to develop strategic directions as part of business improvement projects. You’ll have: Technical expertise in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager). Experience in Adobe Analytics. Advanced skills in Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels of the organisation and with external customers and suppliers. Self-motivation and initiative. Commercially astute with the ability to balance both company and departmental commercial interest. Ability to work both autonomously and in teams as required.
