Job Description: An opportunity for a Services Support Quality Manager has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid). Brief description of the department’s mission: The selected candidate will join the Support Quality Team which is responsible of ensuring consistency of Quality Assurance requirements within the Services Business Management System and developing and implementing applicable regulations, standards, methods and tools with regard to Company Quality Assurance requirements, as well as External Company Approvals: Improve performance OQOTOC through strong empowered role in front of internal stakeholders/customers/authorities + Maintain an independent voice in Quality through a key role for the A400M, M&L and MRTT Fleet needs. Enhance efficiency through better End to End (E2E) accountabilities, simplification and reduction of duplications of interfaces Increase agility through closer/clearer connection to internal stakeholders and better link between containment, curative & preventive activities. Qualified Internal Lead Auditor. RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure that the System Support Services´ Quality Management System fulfills applicable regulatory requirements and standards: processes/procedures updated and in accordance with internal quality requirements, internal records management, support to internal/external audits, NC management,.. Manage the Internal Audit Programme of its scope. Perform internal and support external audits in order to monitor the compliance with QMS procedures, including subcontractors and suppliers. Control and follow-up of discrepancies and corrective actions from internal and external audits. Monitor customer complaints and lead improvement actions. Foster continuous improvement through Quality KPI’s measurement and issues investigation (i.e. PPS) Coordinate with other Quality Representatives/Departments as necessary. SKILLS Is your profile aligned to the following list of skills? Apply! We are looking forward to know you: Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or similar related discipline. Experience: At least 5 years as a Quality Manager or Lead auditor. Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a networking mode. Team player. Languages: Advanced level in English. Technical knowledge: EASA Part-21, Part-145, Part-M regulations and ISO-9001, EN-9100, EN-9110 International Quality Standards.
