Job Description: In order to support our Quality “Product & Service Line”, Airbus Commercial is looking for a Business Analyst - IT/Quality (d/f/m). The Quality “Product & Service Line” (Quality PSL) is an organization which is delivering digital solutions for the Quality function. Our team is responsible for the design, the development & the run mode for all “non conformance & quality data” digital solutions. The scope of activities also extends to other Airbus divisions and partners in some cases. Within the Quality PSL, you will be in charge to work hand in hand with our business counterparts in defining the most appropriate technical framework to support their needs. You will also be the voice of the Quality PSL towards other Safe trains in order to secure on time and on quality deliveries. You will be involved in major quality initiatives like quality transformation and Unified NC. This role may involve some travel for business and as such, you must be able to travel accordingly. This role is also available with reduced weekly hours and an adapted scope of tasks. You will conduct in-depth analysis of complex features to ensure their success, utilizing your attention to detail. You will ensure timely and high-quality development of all interfaces, utilizing your excellent organizational and time management skills. You will translate business needs into technical requirements, considering resource constraints, utilizing your ability to balance competing priorities. You will contribute innovative ideas for continuous service improvement, leveraging your creativity and innovative thinking. You will actively participate in SAFe ceremonies and ensure their success, utilizing your excellent communication and teamwork skills. Desired skills and qualifications: You have proficiency in SAP QM Modules, especially quality notifications, demonstrating your technical expertise. You have a strong understanding of SAP architecture and SAPUI5 framework, showcasing your ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies. You have advanced level English communication skills, showcasing your ability to communicate effectively in a global environment. Ideally you bring good knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes, highlighting your industry knowledge and expertise. You are familiar with Agile Scrum and SAFe methodology, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
